Erik and I were talking about Back To The Future specifically as a title that I think could have that size of market. James, I certainly agree that many titles would not even come close to that number. But a score like Back To The Future would do much better numbers than the normal. There are so many things that could be done in terms of marketing once you make an agreement with Universal, reuse fees, etc. Before my stroke I did marketing for 38 years and believe me I got real creative and successful. The store owners would just shake their heads and smile on the way to the bank! My point on the 10,000 and this is just a number that could go up or down slightly that until you try you'll never know. If your attitude is no way then you will fail. You have to really make an effort and you'll succeed. Maybe as an example and this is just a thought Roger and Douglass have an excess of very difficult CD's to sell say 500 of 10 titles. You sell the CD for $29.95 and offer one of the titles at NC (consumer pays shipping). You are raising cash for something that is sitting in the warehouse which you can use to promote something else. But if Universal won't help then it is all just talk. Or maybe it is too expensive even at $29.95.
