I have been thinking about it for some time; I don't know how long it would take for me to do it, and would rather have disclosed it once it was done, but I might as well seize the opportunity of Doug's question () to submit you my idea.

Questions are often posted on FSM's board, and in a dedicated thread of JohnWilliamsFan.Net's, regarding the chronological order of certain scores-- I recently asked about Predator 2 on the latter (and about Blood Diamond on both, but this time to no avail).

I was thinking of creating a message board / database devoted to such information, where you could ask those questions, and more importantly, have all the answers available, without having to search through several boards.

In addition to film order, I thought I could add a section for lyrics (those of "Tomorrow is the Song I Sing" from The Ballad of Cable Hogue and "Ave Satani", for instance), plus a few odd features (such as "how do you pronounce this composer's name?", using audio files to give the answer).

The point really is to make this information available in one place, and I would naturally credit the contributions, whether posted on this new board, or copied from other boards and sites.

I've also noticed that there is some discussion for some scores. You could integrate a 'confirm' function or possibility somewhere perhaps.

How about setting up a Soundtrack Wiki that's devoted to that kind of information? A is easily edited and one could benefit from the knowledge of everybody who's willing to participate. It would be a resource rather than a place to discuss things, and could not only contain film order of cues, but also additional information, such as availability, various releases/remasterings, which cues are missing, which cues are alternate recordings, etc.
