Bumping this one...

I've followed these forums for years hoping that there would be a soundtrack release for The Amazing Mr. Blunden (Elmer Bernstein), and my wish was finally granted last year (thank you!).

So "The Witches" is next on my wish list. Such an incredible score, and, as someone else said - he is an overlooked composer with an excellent body of work.

There's a big budget remake of the film scheduled for release later this year. I have no idea whether that would make a release of the score to the 1990 version more or less likely.

The new film is by Robert Zemeckis, so obviously the score is Alan Silvestri.

I’d love to see a release to the 1990 film. Stanley Myers did a great job on it. I’m with the many who have wanted this one for a long time.

Watched the film recently and really no idea what is all this about. Besides Main and End titles, the majority of the (pretty short) score is weak and forgettable.
