Intrada Soundtrack Forum

I didn't see another thread for this one, though I've missed them before. I think this is a fantastic score and very overdue for a release. The music for the first big sequence (when Geena's character uses Jackson's character's gun for him) is terrific and the style is so very unusual for an action sequence. Or at least it is to me. The finale is also terrific (and reminds me of Contact to an extent).

I'd love to see this released one day. I'm lookin' at you Intrada. Hopefully you guys can make it happen.

When this movie opened, my best friend and I went to see it. Geena Davis and Samuel L. Jackson were terrific in it. Renny Harlin turned in a first rate/fast paced picture. One of his best. Alan Silvestri, of course, turned in an excellent, high energy score that really knocked our socks off.

With YOUNG GUNS II now coming out, maybe there is some hope with some Silvestri scores of the past...

Another awesome year with Intrada... 2012

Now when they`re planning a sequel it is the perfect time for the labels to look into this one.

Now that Intrada have given us Judge Dredd in all it's glory & with a possible Cat's Eye release imminent, I just wanted to bump this thread in hope that The Long Kiss Goodnight doesn't have to wait too long for the Intrada treatment as well.

I'll have to re-watch the movie, this is one Silvestri score I'm suprisingly not familiar with but I will gladly take an expansion non the less.
