Im happy about batman and peewee. Ive got batman but missed returns so well chuffed at that opportunity.

I'am down for Batman, i only ever bought the first Batman release and didn't get Returns as i was as familiar with the score. Be nice to own them both this time around.

And as has been said many times, the popular stuff helps fund the ones that less people will buy. As also has been said, one release doesn't shut out a different one. The Batman set probably cost a good deal less than most releases, so it's easy money for them. No one said you HAVE to buy it. I'm not going to.

I have to give a huuuuge shout out to La La Land for releasing Shaft. Of all the films I've seen at the cinema, I've never come out of a theatre wanting a soundtrack CD more than that one. Imagine my disappointment when a CD release didn't happen. I have had to wait 15 years for a proper release, and now it's here.... he seems to have the ability to mould hs music to fit perfectly into the film. Stargate and Independence Day were big orchestral scores... then Tomorrow Never Dies was a perfect Bond score... and his Shaft score sounded exactly like a Shaft score should. He's even had a good stab at the Doctor Who theme. Shame that his film work has dried up in recent years. I for one loved all his Bond work, even when many didn't!
