I received my copy yesterday and only had time last evening to get through Pickup Artist. It's quite good, typical lyrical Delerue score. It's nice that it is preserved in it's entirety now for his admirers. Quickly listened to the first band of Sherlock Holmes, I plan on giving it a complete play this evening. I saw the movie back when it was televised originally, but don't really recall the score. A nice release.

Got my copy in the mail yesterday, listened to it twice last night, very enjoyable album! "The Pick-Up Artist" is just plain lovely, infectious stuff, wonderful music. "Sherlock Holmes in New York" is also quite delightful... the main theme is very memorable, the yearning love theme is suprisingly very good, and the suspense music is engaging. I'm not too familiar with Richard Rodney Bennet's work, but on the basis of this and "Murder on the Orient Express", I'd like to hear more.
