Are there any CBS TV Music titles in the works?

Just curious....I just love the STEP OUT OF LINE / BROTHERHOOD OF THE BELL CD!

That would be lovely, although I imagine that they are very low priority for a label that has the attention of all the big boys.

After all, just how many people would buy a copy of Harpy by David Shire or Sole Survivor by Paul Glass? You, me and one guy who mistakenly ordered them.

Have you seen the 1973 CBS TV movie Hunter? I haven't been able to find an upload of it anywhere. It apparently features a Lalo Schifrin score, so naturally I'm interested in knowing more about it. I have seen the 1972 TV movie Welcome Home, Johnny Bristol, which has a somewhat fascinating avant-garde score by Schifrin.

It would be nice if more Cinema Center 100 TV movies like Johnny Bristol could be released. We already got the Goldsmith, Quincy Jones and Fielding scores. Some other big name composers wrote for them, such as Shire, Rosenthal, Glass and John Parker.

I think I do remember HUNTER back in the day on CBS.

Anyway, I would love to see more of Mort Stevens TV Movie
work released - some of of his titles include:

THE HORROR AT 37,000 FEET (1973)
VISIONS (1972)
COFFEE, TEA OR ME (1973)
THE FACE OF FEAR (1971)

I have these on VHS tape and just love
the scores and films ... but then again,
I just love ANYTHING by Mort...

We've had elements from all of Bruce Broughton's Hawaii Five-O scores transferred for some time. They are superb. Licensing is currently on hold pending CBS concerns with their new series. As soon as they sort it out, I imagine you'll see some albums happening.
