MORE MORTON STEVENS' ON INTRADA...PLEASE!!!

I just can't get enough of the great MASADA set from Intrada, especially the Stevens' disc 2 - it really does make me want more great stuff by this wonderful Composer - my grail is still WHEELS (Universal-TV 1978) but I would take ANYTHING that Intrada puts out - BSX has a big interest in getting Mort's music out, but I would also love to see what Intrada can come up with.

Anyway, here's to hoping... :-)

Stevens' The Horror at 37,000 Feet is one of numerous CBS telefilm scores that I would love to see get released.

The real treat of MASADA for me was the revelation of how much I loved Morton Stevens' contribution. I'd jump at any future release of his music.

Yeah, we love his music, too. Perhaps when the market place isn't so flooded we can bring more of his stuff out. He's a terrific composer.

I've started re-watching the first season of the original HAWAII FIVE-0 and after hearing Mort's music from the "Pilot", I was thinking that this would make a great CD all by itself - it should come to about 50 minutes, at least.

Anyway, just thinking how nice this would be... :-)

I agree with MRAUDIO. I'd buy an 87TH PRECINCT set in a New York minute. (Also a Goldsmith/Stevens THRILLER Box set!--but I'm patient, Doug.)

I dug out my first season DVD set of the 1985 version of THE TWILIGHT ZONE and I watched the Christmas
episodes, "The Night Of The Meek" and "The Star" which featured some wonderful music by Mort Stevens.

It really got me into the spirit of the holiday. Here is some more great stuff from the CBS
archives that really does need to get preserved.

In the meantime, this is a great DVD set,
well worth seeking out... :-)
