 Post subject: The Whistle Blower - John Scott

A good thriller film, and an even better score. Here you get the usual captivating melodies that John Scott is known for, as well as some good suspense pieces that perfectly capture the film's mystery and intrigue.

This score is currently stuck in vinyl land. Perhaps Varese will get to it with their new "Encore" series that I just read about. If not, I recommend that Intrada jump on this one.

Now that Varese Sarabande has been sold, I"m not optimistic that the Club series will be continued. Hopefully I'm wrong, because this album assuredly deserves a CD release.
