My 2012 Intrada purchases so far... Disney dominated ! :wink:

I have 11 of 14 thus far…
which includes my pending procrastinated pre-order of THE AVENGERS which I'll probably fulfill after the 17APR title is officially announced…

What a marvelous release and completely complete!¡!
I know I shouldn't discuss an unmentionable, but in this case it is kind if important (to me) as I took that disc, ripped the audio and watched the video 15 times to reconstruct those tracks into film order… albeit with terrible sound… not to mention incomplete with some alternate cues.

Thus, now having the genuine article in my hands is a revelation to behold as it features one of the maestro's best uses for the ondes Martenot (yeah, he used it a little too often on other scores) but here it suits this score perfectly.

Just curious... are there any new releases coming next week or there will be "only" two previously announced CDs available?

What an excellent first half of the year for Intrada. Two previously unreleased Kamens, the complete film tracks for two classic Mancini scores, a Thomas Newman score when no label seemed to want to be bothered with his work, surprise gems with Borderline and Sir Gawain & the Green Knight, a brilliant presentation of White Fang, and a release of the cult favorite Love at First Bite.

Those and others are well chosen titles that are sure to make anyone with a diverse taste in music absolutely ecstatic. I know I am.

So, what's in store for the second half? Come on, you can tell us.

T.Newman, you forgot to speak about the 3rd biggest hit at the all-time box-office, the 2 first classic animated motion pictures to be released by Intrada (including the first Disney !), and the biggest Pixar's hit finally released on CD...
That's some achievements !
