Just caught a cute new Microsoft Windows 7 for pc commercial
that makes great use of Broughton's SILVERADO - anyone see this?

Nice to see 'our guys' (Intrada and BB) get some mainstream play!

Yeah this is the "Why we need a dog" commercial. It seems like they used a rerecording or is it me ?

That's the one! Sounded like OST to me - just really knocked me for a loop hearing
something so recognizable, I thought my stereo had turned itself on or something ;)

I saw the commercial. I immediately thought how cool it was to hear this score and imagined thousands of people wondering "what was the music playing in that commercial?"

I saw this commercial a while ago... AWESOME! Bruce Broughton's great theme sounds terrific during this ad... current film and tv composers should take note... this is what music is all about. Not to say it is all bad these days, just when something like SILVERADO is blasting out of my tv speakers in this day and age... it makes you really loathe the present drone of "music"...

It's great to hear his music in this commercial.
I wish they would have done a better editing job, though.
