Easily, one of my favourite scores!

This score was released by Intrada in 1995, in an extended form, longer than it's original Album (but missing the SONGS present on the original Album)

Every release so far, has been missing such things as, e.g.: the pivotal scene, where Alex wins the Starfighter Game!!!!!!!! :shock:

Long Out-Of-Print in any version, and surely deserving of a C&C release at long last? :wink:

Seconded. Prime target for remastering, the bigger orchestra used for this one could sound phenomenal with today's mixing technology.

Great, epic score. Wonderful songs. I third this one. Craig Safan blew me away with this score.

Simply a classic 80's score, along with Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Goonies and Back to the Future ! But I already have the Intrada expanded score and I don't miss that much the songs. I would buy the new release without thinking, but I'm not expecting it...

The songs with vocals of Clif Magness could also be added in an upcoming issue.

I've been itching for this one lately. I never got around to any release so that got me places: frustrated. I'd love a straight re-release of the Intrada album, though an expansion wouldn't be out of the question... As to the inclusion of songs, I really don't consider them anything of import.

just finished listening to the 95 release, which has been played to death over the years. I think this will see the light of day soon enough :wink:

I would love to have as much on there as possible. It would also be cool to get some of the sound effects (like the recent BATTLE BEYOND THE STARS) on there too, like the game play tracks.

I buy scores mainly because I love the film, and I like to listen to the score whilst working - it's like watching the film with your ears. So for me, songs play a really big part in the whole listening experience, whether they be good or bad, I would always prefer to have them on there than not. And given the fact that I absolutley loved the extra sound effects they included on the BSX release of BATTLE BEYOND THE STARS, including samples is also a very welcome bonus!
