Okay, I missed the count, but one? Really, just one? I am confused.
Who re-issued in some way or form:
-The Apartment
-The Fortune Cookie
-How To Murder Your Wife
-Billion Dollar Brain
-The Final Option
-PROMISES, PROMISES (I am going to include it, even if you re-issued your own release)
-Unforgiven
-The Way West

8 seems to be a little closer to 12 than 1!

I have the original CD releases, so I do not need the re-issues. Hope those who didn't get them
the first time are able to get them this time, or wait a few months, they might be re-issued again!

I will be done, sorry. Moving on. I will refrain from posting anything bad about any labels here again.

Do you know what Kritzerland did this year?

They released Juggernaut.

As far as I'm concerned, anyone who works for them now has the right to come and raid my house of all food, drink or anything else they desire, any time they want, as many times as they want. I can't thank them enough for that CD, and they can reissue as many titles as they like, it doesn't bother me one single bit.

When you purchase a Limited Edition of anything, you're purchasing that Limited Edition. If it sells out, and another Limited Edition of the same title comes out, it's still not the same as your Limited Edition, so who gives a damn if more people get to buy the music they might want to hear, regardless of whether it's Limited or not.

OK, someone come clean. Who here is FORCING Startracks to buy all these reissues that he has no interest in? Hmmm? It's just not cool to force delicate, meek, tender souls like Startracks to buy stuff they have no interest in. C'mon, this sort of thing will only lead to tears, ya know. Obviously SOMEONE is beating him about the head with a rubber hose to compel him to buy this stuff, otherwise his constant whinging makes no sense to me at all.

Sorry to feed the troll, but I'm kinda jealous that the guy has so much free time to devote to this issue. Wish I had his life. :P

I did, actually. Skimmed most of this. Pardon me all over the place, I'll say no more.

While I slept on the other side of the planet a fight about re-issues was occuring.
Amazing!

But does really matter if a "limited" release remains limited? We do it (I hope) for the music, not for the value as a collectible, so if by reprinting or reissuing a title more people can listen too it, don't we all gain? The more sales there are, the more people love film music, the more titles will be released... let's be happy they still make actual CDs, for those like us who still prefer to own an actual item rather than download a file, nowadays who cares if there are 1000, 10000 or one million copies... why should any of us feel cheated? We are not buying a Van Gogh!

(I am more bothered by the fact that all the titles that I wanted in the FSM MGM box were re-released individually - had I known... but this is probably neither Krirzerland's nor FSM's fault, and nobody forced me to buy the box anyway)

And please Intrada, do reprint "Delta Force" and "Jack the Giant Killer" - I can wait for the Kritzerland reìssue next month, but the spine would be different and it would spoil the look of my shelf... ;)
