MY TWO BIGGEST SURPRISES AT INTRADA THIS YEAR

I know there are 4 more releases to go before the year is over and perhaps I will find another surprise or two there.I have enjoyed a good number of Intrada releases this year,but two in particular stand out because I had never seen the films they come and I was strictly guided by internet sound bites.They are Mr.Majestyk and In Search of Peace. Both full of rich melody.So bring on Resurrection [I hope] and White Lightning.

I liked the Mr Majestyk CD...

But I would love a release of Bernstein's LOVE AT FIRST BITE next.

Back to the Future without question. Tops that list. Followed by Horner's scores for House of Cards, Something Wicked This Way Comes and Journey of Natty Gann. Followed by the lovely The Black Stallion. Otherwise, this has been an incredible year for the label.
