The Heart is a Lonely Hunter Dave Grusin
Unmarried Woman Bill Conti
Von Ryan's Express Frank Devol
Skidoo Harry Nielson

WOW! There are a lot of posts in this thread and no one here mentioned that Goldsmith and not DeVol wrote the music to Von Ryan's Express which can be found on the Goldsmith At Fox box set.

I saw "Nick of Time" on TV a few weeks back. Score by Arthur B. Rubenstein.
It had Elfman-ish touches and Goldsmith dramaticism. Definately an overlooked score that should be checked out. There was a short release by Milan Records; maybe an expanded one would be nice.

The Milan CD is perfect to me.

I haven't really been able to find any info suggesting Young did a score for E: TB.
I did find one FMS (FilmMusicSociety) thing where it mentions he had done scores "The Gift" and that one, but other than that.
Also, he replaced Michael Kamen.

Quite amazing to see how many of these 'obscure' scores have been released since this thread was born in 2006 !!!!
I would say on this day, year of our Lord 2012.... :)

STORY OF A WOMAN (John Williams)
ASPEN EXTREME (Michael Convertino)
THE WIZARD OF LONELINESS (Michel Colombier)
DATE WITH AN ANGEL (Randy Kerber)

Alaska by Reg Powell. Would be wonderful if that one got a release someday. Isn't it a Sony Pictures property?

Two scores from relatively obscure 1981 films:

Savage Harvest by Robert Folk

Horror Planet (aka Inseminoid) by John Scott - Released on vinyl, so I'm not sure if this fully counts.

These several years later I'm happy to say 99 & 44/100% Dead is in the bag. Was hoping for a soundtrack release of that Mancini score for awhile.

Wes Craven's The Hills Have Eyes is also a done deal. Don Peake found his masters and the score was released by Hitchcock Media with a poor package design and exceptional audio quality. If Intrada somehow managed to remaster and release this score again I'd buy a copy in a heartbeat. The Hitchcock media is a mess as far as sequencing with bits of studio chatter and Don Peake talking to the musicians during the recording session. I like listening to it the way it is, it's interesting as hell but once again if Intrada did the works on it...

The Town That Dreaded Sundown (Jaime Mendoza Nava) is another score I've long, long hoped to see released. Low budget American International film from 1976, wonder what the possibility of locating masters for that would be?

Hardcore (Jack Nitzsche) 1977 Paul Schrader film starring George C. Scott and Peter Boyle... Brutal film, brutal score.
