I haven't a clue why this needed disclosure, as stated previously, Roger. What motive is there in stating this tidbit? Isn't it Intrada's decision, not the consumers? Hell, if we merely ask, on this board, about how many remain for a released disc, it tends to go unanswered, but you'll reveal this? lol

Anyway, If 2012 titles arrive for a 2000 release, simply stock them, sell them as the originally-mentioned quantity edition until all are gone. I figured that's what was done anyway.

I think it's a terrible idea to release these "stragglers" beyond the sold out point, sorry. I'm not trying to be crude or purposely blunt, but it really doesn't stand too fair to those of us who have spent so much money in little moments (those small, sell-out window of opportunities) that really strapped us for not only cash but the pressure of time. Look, I don't want to see money or talent flushed down the drain by throwing these things out, but it's in a great label's sincerity (and possible security, as well?), I would hope, to not go back on their descriptive products promising one thing and for which warranted our money and attention, then to suddenly re-arrange that description, in a sense. As I suggested, why not sell however many copies lie on the shelf and when they're gone, then wah-la... SOLD OUT! I mean -- is there a legal distraction for the label to process more than 1200 orders if it's originally arranged to be such a number? If so, why the 10% margin in the first place?
