Intrada Soundtrack Forum

If I had a serious question about a release, a missing track or whatever, I would have the discretion to email Intrada with my query. This avoids controversy, stirring up unnecessary complaints, etc. How you approach these matters is everything. A haughty or demanding tone gets exactly what it deserves, an irritated reply.

Notice the difference between these two hypothetical statements:

Statement 1
"I have just discovered that Intrada's statement of "complete" is wrong. There is a missing track. Why would they call it complete if it isn't complete? What's going on around here? That's just false advertising and misleading customers. Intrada, please anwer me. Why haven't you answered? You must be mocking me, you and your thievery. Why don't you answer me?"

Statement 2
"Hello Intrada. I have a question about this release. It appears that there may be a missing track. I just happened to discover it recently and wondered if perhaps something happened to that particular piece of music or if it was unavailable. Please advise at your convenience. Thanks."

Statement 1 has a vibe of entitlement, complaining, and demanding. Statement 2 is a polite inquiry without pointing, panicking or overreacting.

Nobody who raises a question is considered a hater or complainer. Naturally questions are welcome. Would Mr. F & Mr. F have this forum if they didn't care about your questions? But demanding, aggressive and rude questions or comments...really. It's all in how you present yourself and your intent. Gratitude should be the number one feeling around here. Embrace it.
