LOST music!!!

I'm watching the LOST marathon at the moment, and there was just some BEAUTIFUL music on there. Sawyer amd Kate had discovered a waterfall, and jump in for a swim. The music is like nothing I've heard before! Is this piece of music available on the first season CD?

yep the series so far has had some great music. The action stuff is fine, but my taste is the quieter moments. Each season disc has some VERY good music. My alltime favorite track is track 6 I think from season 2, Hurley's Handout. Just stunning, and the last 2 tracks from season 1 are incredible.

If Giacchino is ALLOWED to remain true to his own unique style, and not "bullied" by producers and directors who are musical ignoramuses, then he has an excellent chance of taking his place alongside the best film composers of all time. I don't make that statement lightly, either.

Bob Townson certainly agrees with you, Terry, as Varese has released soundtrack cds for the first three seasons of Lost (including that great 2-disc set for Season 3).

I'm not sure if the cue you describe is on the first season disc but you can preview the tracks on iTunes and probably find out.
