Just thought I would share this with anyone who had pre-ordered this title like myself... this is an e-mail I received tonight from Percepto:

First of all I would like to personally apologize for the delays in getting this CD out to my customers, unfortunately we had some unforeseen delays throughout this whole process.

I do greatly appreciate all of your patience and understanding!

A Treasure From Sierra Madre

Just got my copy of Killer Klowns From Outer Space by John Massari in the mail yesterday, and all I can say is WOW.

It's been heard that both Marco Beltrami and Bryan Tyler have shaved their heads and gone to study under John Massari in a small monastery in the mountains.

FSM, Varese Sarabande, and LaLa Land Records have all decided to fold up shop after hearing this release. To kinda sorta paraphrase Lucas Kendall, "why bother releasing anything else. How could we ever top this one?"

The founding members of Intrada can be seen on the news right now holed up in their warehouse screaming at the police "You'll have to pry the Rosenthal from our cold dead hands!"

Composers such as John Williams, John Scott and Frederic Talgorn have stopped recording all together.

What can I say... this release has had a profound effect on the industry.

Ok, ok...

I have to say that I am more than slightly shocked at how well this disc is put together. Percepto really went all out for such a small title that will more than likely not be a hot seller.

The CD comes with a 23 page booklet with musings from the composer and filmmakers. The recording is beautiful. I can not get over how clean this recording is. It has been a long time in the waiting, but it ended up being well worth it.

Great job Percepto.
