I can't believe those prices but I do believe some people will pay that much. Insane indeed.... I found a mint copy of the Intrada release of The Last Starfighter at Amoeba Records in Los Angeles for $25.00 last fall. The deals are out there... patience!

last starfighter has been pricy for forever. I haven't been able to find a good price for it since 2005. albeit i havent been searching ebay as often the past year and a half or so.

I agree Last Starfighter is WORTH getting, it's funny that Craig Safan isn't scoring more, I loved his scores!!
