Anything short of Randy Spendlove taking over Universal Pictures' music department, it seems that our chance of getting these scores out has greatly diminished. Anyway, leaving the obvious Williams and Goldsmith suggestions out, we've got the following:

So many great titles T. Newman Fan! You could post a similar list with Silver Age Universal TV or WB scores. It's the same situation. It's like the FSM board: another day, another list!

I'm pretty sure there is no need to suggest these titles to Doug, Roger, Bruce or MV. If it is possible we will see some of these great scores released.

If I could choose one Universal movie score and one TV score release I would say:
Rooster Cogburn
Columbo (multiple 3-CD Sets :lol:

ROOSTER COGBURN for a Universal western film and CENTENNIAL for an epic TV series.

If memory serves me correctly , I believe Intrada's last Universal release was SILENT RUNNING at the end of 2016. So many from the 70's I would like to see them do. The 50's and 60's seem to be more problematic.

Silent Running was just a reissue of the LP owned by Universal Music (UMG); I don't think any music had to be licensed from Universal (the film company), although maybe they used some films stills and such "courtesy" them.
