With the 20th anniversary just passed last week the perfect opportunity to expand this score has been missed.

They have to hit the anniversary to the *week* or it's been missed? That's silly. They could still put it out some time in this anniversary year and it'd still work. Not that Intrada usually shoots for "anniversary" releases anyhow. They put things out when they feel like it.
