The scores from your list that are really needed are :
Heaven Help Us (fascinating to hear the different approaches Horner made for this one, particularily the early celtic music in his career)
Off Beat (sounds very different and interesting, the only Disney owned Horner feature film score that has never been released on CD)
Willow (such a large scale score like this would definitely benefit from the deluxe multiple disc treatment).

And what about Captain EO ? This would be a splendid idea to get this one released as a Disneyland compilation, as a Michael Jackson's shorts compilation (along with Elmer Bernstein's Thriller, Bruce Broughton's Moonwalker, etc) or alone...

I'd LOVE a release of his rejected score for YOUNG GUNS. The brief preview I've heard sounds like it's a lot of fun!! Also, not having heard anything from Romeo and Juliet, I am almost giddy with anticipation for a release of this score!

Well, not to be indelicate, but Goldsmith would have balked at all the C&C stuff being released since his passing, and that hasn't stopped various labels from issuing them.

At the end of the day, the studios own this stuff, don't they? I'd rather these titles get released before they disappear forever, like Williams' Dracula masters.

James Horner didn't seem to have a long list of scores he didn't want released. I know of three:

-Battle Beyond The Stars (which is why LPs were used to make that 2001 GNP album)
-The Hand
-Deadly Blessing

Beyond that, we know he wasn't initially interested in expanding certain scores until seeing the end results and therefore the potential.

You can add the rejected score to Young Guns to that list.

And now we have LLL expanding what was (if I recall correctly) Intrada's first album with James Horner, Unlawful Entry. Interesting choice for an expansion.
