I would love to see (hear) a complete Flight of the Phoenix by Frank DeVol. The previous release, paired with Patton, had only about half to 2/3rds of the score. I've never been able to get a clear answer from anyone involved in the release as to whether this was because the rest was missing or because they had decided to fill out the Patton release and only included what they could fit. Either way, it's one of DeVol's best, emotionally richest, and most dramatic works -- worthy to be heard in its entirety and I hope it some day gets the release it deserves.

I'm with you on that, I'd love that. It was a great score.
