Hi folks...

I'm currently selling my factory sealed copy of the Last Starfighter on eBay. I say 'copy'...it IS the original 1995 Douglas Fake release...

I'm selling it is because I have just purchased Alien, Back To The Future, Buck Rogers and Logan's Run through the INTRADA shop. I have left myself a little short this month. I figured it's better to support new releases. I'm hoping that my post will be viewed favourably. If I have contravened any forum rules or this is viewed as spam...please remove my post. I have alot of respect for INTRADA and forum members and do not wish to step out of line.

If there is anyone wh doesn't have this score, I'd say go for this Yesterday.

The Intrada CD is great, and one of my soundtrack treasures.

If there is anyone out there who does not have this yet... you should really get this while you can. The score by Craig Safan is excellent and very exciting. If you love Remo Williams... this is a must-have.

This is simply one of the best 80's score along with Star Wars, Back to the Future, Gremlins, Cocoon, Goonies, Willow,... I'm glad I had purchased this CD in the late 90's before it disappeared !

The score really makes the film great

I'm already having doubts whether I should sell it :cry:

Wow...Willow was a classic film from my childhood. Can anyone tell me where I can get hold of that soundtrack? Or who produced it?

If I may...

First of all, I would have no problem selling a factory sealed copy of anything, even THE LAST STARFIGHTER, especially if it's valuable. digitalscreams (Jago) can always buy a used copy, if he can find one at a reasonable price. If he gets, say, $75 for this sealed copy, then he can purchase a used one for maybe half that dollar amount. That way he can own a copy and keep some of his money.

Second, I second OneBuckFilms--go for this Yesterday, if not YesterYear!! I cannot express how awesome I feel this music is. This score was the first to really catch my ear, and I've loved it ever since.

Third, with regard to what redokt64 said, I agree, but I think the opposite is true: if you love TLS, then you'll love RW.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents.

J-Name Composers....thanks for your suggestion. Its very doubtful I would get that sort of money for my CD.

I think my listing will only be attractive to people who want to know for sure they are buying a factory sealed copy. Some of them may opt to buy through Amazon.....which is fine. Once bitten, twice shy etc. Funny enough I recently bought a New T.A.T.U Album from a private seller on Amazon. Seven day's after placing my order this is what I receive:
