There must be crap holding up Conan, otherwise I think we would have seen it by now.

My biggest worry is one day reading:

"(BLANK) Announces: CONAN THE BARBARIAN 2CD (complete)"

Followed by:

"This new re-recording..."




(ditto all thoughts above for "The Ten Commandments")

A Conan 2 disc'er seems to be most soundtrack collectors desire, I know I'll be pre-ordering one when it finally gets a release. It's just got to be in the pipeline somewhere surely...

I'd much rather have a brilliant new recording by Tadlow or Tribute than being forced to stick to the old poorly recorded releases lacking at least 40% of the score.

That the Rome orchestra recording the score had some difficulties getting the music right has nothing to do with the Varese or Milan as the overall albums.
