Well it's DAY 16 after still NO Burbs CD from Intrada!! My card was billed on July 23rd. They told me if it hasn't arrived by tomorrow they would send a replacement.

The IMPORTANT thing is that I am worried I won't get another because according to INTRADA'S ONLINE store, they are sold out!!There isn't even a link anymore to purchase The 'Burbs CD.

What gives???? Maybe it would be a good idea to start adding the feature of delivery confirmation? Just a thought.

Have you considered contacting Intrada directly?

I have contacted them twice. The first time was on Friday August 3rd and the second time was yesterday August 8th. Got the same story... 1st time I called the shipping dept was backed up by 3 days. The 2nd timeI called it was backed up a week. So know the hell knows where my cd is? Both times I got the response "Well it should be arriving any day now."
Well here I sit 16 days after my card was billed a NO 'Burbs CD in hand. I am getting aggravated.

The Burbs is now "Sold Out" according to the Varese website though you can still apparently buy them at the European site - so i guess its only a little bit "Sold Out"...

Also another curio - i am in the UK and got my email from Varese US saying they had sent my order out 2 days ago yet tomorrow i am expecting the delivery (having paid a small customs charge!) according to the tracking status - Whew! thats fast!

Just saw that the "Burbs has SOLD OUT on Varese's website. Now the question begs to ask whether I am gonna get my copy from INTRADA which I ordered on July 22nd?

I emailed them in addition to calling 2x. We'll see if I get an answer.

I received my copy on Monday, the 6th. I'm happy, but for a while I was a tad worried.

Did you order yours from Intrada? What date did you order it?
