| Post subject: | Are re-issues easier than new titles? |
Specifically, when a label such as Intrada decides to re-issue a title that was previously released and sold out (for example, One Little Indian), assuming there is no additional music or changes to the master, are these titles easier to release from a licencing perspective, or do they follow the same workflow as new titles? How about when one label wants to re-issue a title previously released by another label (such as Star Trek V, initially expanded by LLL, then re-issued by Intrada)? |
