Those interested in vinyl film score recordings might be aware of a 1960 LP, The New World Of Stainless Steel. The LP and the film, a 15 minute documentary carries no composer credit. The discogs.com listing for The New World Of Stainless Steel LP (unknown composer) has been recently updated by a user with info found in an early 70s book, Film Composers In America, A Filmography by Clifford McCarty. The score for this documentary short was composed by Lloyd Norlin, a Chicago based composer who passed away in 2000. |
