Yes, the thieves definitely deserve their comeuppance. I would go even further and say that they deserve good old fashioned New Jersey justice, which for the sake of decorum I would never mention here how I define that.

Relaying my personal experience was an attempt to soften the mental toll that all of this has on you. I suppose your emotions are ultimately a good thing as it means you’re still alive inside.

By any chance, does anyone here happen to recall anyone on eBay selling a lot of CD soundtracks out of Columbus, Ohio over the past year or so?

I can't believe the storage place has mysteriously no video of the break in. Also, they did not contact you, but you found out about the theft when the key did not fit into the lock. It seems to me it is obvious they are liable, they seem to have wanted to "cover it up" (which of course you can't really.)
I hope you get some of that stuff back and at least a big amount of financial compensation. I know, I know... symbolic and personal and nostalgic value (like the bowl) cannot be replaced, but financial compensation is at least better than none at all.

What we're hearing from police is the owner of a local music store in Columbus, Ohio along with several employees went to the storage facilty multiple times with absolutely no authorization or right to be there and ripped-off everything my brother and I owned from the climate controlled unit. We're wondering why arrests haven't been made in the case...
