Impressive. I don't think I even fully heard 10 scores from 2021.

It is clear that our tastes in music differ wildly, though it was still interesting to hear what's going on musically throughout the world these days.

I agree, that was a weird one. But in my massive exploration last year, I probably discovered some 30 electronic scores that were top notch. So they ARE out there if one looks. I particularly love the import of synthwave artists into film music in recent years, although I wish there were even more of it. That genre very much encapsulates what you're looking for, I think.
