Are these remasters any good? Did anyone we know work on these?

I think yes because people refreshed his scores according to remastered materials (https://musescore.com/sheetmusic?text=B ... 20Herrmann). According to reviews people praise it!

Given that it's 2021, you would think these albums would be sold on the download sites by now. Especially since they were apparently transferred and mastered in 96/24.

The 96/24 downloads are now available. That is except for arguably the best of the seven albums, The Great Movie Thrillers, which is "only" CD-quality for now.

These masters sound marvelous. Even more impressive than the high-resolution transfers of the original Star Wars albums done a few years ago.
