Well, it would be good to know if there is any plan. Otherwise I'll probably have to stick with Music Box for everything coming outside EU.
Fortunately there is still a few months left for anyone in the EU... not so much for those UK folks.

Hi I just wondered what Intradas policy of shipping to the UK is now that it's required to collect the VAT (Tax) at point of purchase. This is a European directive which was due to come in Europe wide from 1st Jan. They delayed it's introduction to 1st July but the UK kept 1st Jan due to it tying into the date of Brexit. The whole Low Value Exemption is now gone. Providing the tax is collected by the retailer and correct customs forms are filled in there will be no holdups in customs or Royal Mail surcharges to pay. But it does require the seller to register to collect and pay the required tax which will be additional paperwork and possible costs. Or will Intrada be no longer be shipping to the UK (or Europe from 1st July) ? |
