This album sounds incredible, both the mono and stereo recordings. Did the tapes sound this good from the start, or was there painstaking clean-up done without significantly affecting critical sonic qualities?

Oh, and A Bridge Too Far also sounds incredible, which is no surprise since it's from the original multi-tracks and the mastering engineer has previously proven to be most respectful to the sources.
