I know you're only talking about the year so far, but since most of the Oscar nominees usually come from films released in the final days of the year, I'm sure T Newman will be considered for either (or both) Little Children or The Good German; and Horner's got Apocalypto.
Of your list, I'm not sure about Eastwood's Flags of our Fathers - might it be disqualified because of the significant use of period music? I hope Isham gets a nod because his score is the best of the year, but the film was savaged which might discount it. JNH's last Shyamalan score was nominated, and The Lady in the Water is certainly very good. And I wouldn't discount Oscar-favourite Randy Newman, for Cars.
