Is the year over for soundtrack album releases? I like top five lists, so here’s one. Give us yours if you dare; I won't judge you.

Shogun – Intrada
Wonder Woman – La-La Land
The Hustler – Intrada
MacKenna’s Gold/In Cold Blood – Intrada
The Walking Dead – Lakeshore

My top 5 of 2017

DAMNATION ALLEY (INTRADA)
WONDER WOMAN: ORIGINAL TELEVISION SOUNDTRACK (LLL)
DUCKTALES: THE MOVIE - TREASURE OF THE LOST LAMP (INTRADA)
WATERWORLD: LIMITED EDITION (LLL)
DUNKIRK (WATER TOWER)

A special mention has to go to Star Wars: The Last Jedi, even though it has yet to be released I always look forward to hearing some new John Williams from this saga.

Are you talking in terms of the best album listening experiences, or 'wow! look at these titles released in 2017!'

H Train has Damnation Alley on his list which he can't have even heard yet!

It's all good. H TRAIN knows what to expect by watching the film and listening to the samples, so his pick is far from blind enthusiasm.

It's been a Great year of releases but these have been in my cd changer most often.

Shogun - Intrada
Papillon (expanded) - Quartet
The Caine Mutiny - Intrada
The Great Race (box) - La-La Land
The Hustler - Intrada

I also am looking forward to "A Christmas Carol" and "The Russia House" (expanded) by Quartet
