For most of us, not every soundtrack has to be represented complete and as featured in the film. Some LPs are simply perfect in configuration. I'd love to see the following: UMG Winning (Dave Grusin) Fast Break (David Shire) Foxes (Giorgio Moroder, Various) Sony Music MacKenna’s Gold (Quincy Jones) Eyes of Laura Mars (Artie Kane, Various) Guess Who's Coming to Dinner (Frank DeVol) Warner Music The Hot Rock (Quincy Jones) The Outlaw Josey Wales (Jerry Fielding) The Arrangement (David Amram) (high quality legitimate release) |

Varese's initial release of Gremlins II is really perfect as is and I wasn't interested in the Club release. Same goes for Santa Claus: The Movie. I did buy Quartet's 3-CD set but I listen to the album program more than the full score. |

In Cold Blood was recently buried in a Quincy Jones box sex. Should have been released by Intrada as a single CD. |
