Did anyone else pick this up? I had about half the contents already one way or another but having "In Cold Blood" alone made it worth the purchase for me. I keep coming back to the last track on "John and Mary" as well, a brass rendition of the main theme (I think?) that doesn't sound like anything else of Jones' that I've heard. "Slender Thread" I didn't know before but I'm delighted to have it now.

I'm no audiophile, but everything sounds great to me. Obviously, expanded versions would be ideal, à la "The Split" but Jones sure knew how to put a record together.

I got it and love it. I've been waiting for The Lost Man and In Cold Blood for quite some time. Good quality sources and good mastering.

This set is a gift that keeps on giving, and we have since gotten some other Jones albums.

Hopefully The Hot Rock gets released at some point.
