The Charles Gerhardt-conducted NOW, VOYAGER: The Classic Film Scores of Max Steiner (of the 1970s RCA recordings more recently reissued by another label I can't name), the title score's suite opens with Steiner's golden-age Warner Bros. fanfare. On the same series' SUNSET BOULEVARD album devoted to Franz Waxman, the track for THE PHILADELPHIA STORY starts with an MGM fanfare (complete with roaring lion).

Unless you meant that you want only original recordings; but these are faithful to the originals.

The Steiner one is on a number of them, actually.

The compilation album https://www.amazon.com/Spectacular-Worl ... B000003EMQ has all five fanfares separated out, however.

I'm adding suggestions from people to the original list. I'm primarily concerned with original recordings.

There's also Silvestri's Silver Pictures Logo which is on the Ricochet OST and the compilation album Varese put out in the mid-90s called Voyages - The Film Music Journeys Of Alan Silvestri

The score portion of the soundtrack to the 2016 live-action version of The Jungle Book opens with another variant of the current Disney logo music. It is closer to the standard version than the Elfman variation on Frankenweenie, but it does have a slightly modified start and the ending segues right into the film's opening titles.

Speaking of the Disney logo music, there is a cue called "Disney Logo" written by Alan Silvestri on The Parent Trap soundtrack (1998), released by Hollywood Records.

New updates to list. The Star Wars complete editions are now out of print, so I had to find a different title that includes the 20th Century Fox Logo w/Cinemascope Extension.

Superman Returns [Limited Edition] has a variant of the Warner Bros. "As Time Goes By" fanfare with Williams' Superman fanfare at the end.

Varese Sarabande's "Fimucité 6: Universal Pictures 100th Anniversary Gala" CD opens with an extended concert arrangement of the Jerry Goldsmith Universal fanfare.
