Lalaland was beginning to disappoint me with a consistent stream of cartoon releases that are less than appealing. However, they are completely redeeming themselves with this release (as well as LESS THAN ZERO)! I'm sure most soundtrack collectors know this, but I'll type it down for those who don't. John Hughes believed that a release of a song soundtrack would not have sold well, since he felt it would have been too eclectic. No worries, now, that it will be released next week! I can imagine that those who typically prefer scores to song CDs, like me, probably have certain desired song CDs that they genuine want, like this one. I'm glad that this release will have both score and songs (hopefully, all of them). Let the fun begin! |
