Congratulations to those who guessed it right, and to everyone involved in the release! As stated on FSM's board, I was not sure about Saturn 3, and needed to listen to the samples. I'm playing the second one again right now. I love that ominous sound, the hearbeat thump, the slightly-Omen-creepy-like vocals. That's a wonderfully, incredibly, impressively effective horror score. Ordered! np: "Visions of Louise", from Bruce Broughton's delightful Roughing It-- I'm not scared, but gee, after hearing that relentless thumping sound, I sure need this lovely, nice, peaceful, harmless, dreamy music before going to bed (2:33am here; I'll have to get up in 5 hours). |

Oh, how could I not?! Ordered with pleasure (maybe just a little guilty pleasure, not because of Elmer Bernstein of course, or Stanley Donen, or Harvey Keitel, or Kirk Douglas, or Farrah - or, well, yeah, because of all those folks coming together to make such a stinky-poo movie!). Hope the sales chart ain't just inchin' along.... |

Waaahooooo! Cool! I've heard of Saturn 3 but hadn't heard a note. The sound clips sound very interesting. Clearly Bernstein but going into musical territory more familiar to Jerry Goldsmith. A gem has just been unearthed! Yavar |
