Classic and stylish filmmusic. What a delight, like striking gold. Anyway, a wonderful way to close out the year. Thanks, Lukas and the whole gang at Intrada. |

I've been enjoying this (along with Kritzerland's Victor Young vol. 2) for the past few days. Maybe it's my imagination but these vintage scores seem to sound better than the recent Desert Fury and Lost Weekend (as well as other Young and Rozsa releases from another label). Also I would feel better if this had another "coming soon" announcement in the booklet... |

Purchased a factory sealed copy tonight at a walk in music shop along with The Lost Weekend. Looking forward to reading the notes in the booklet. |

In the first comment: The headliner is Miklós Rózsa's Oscar-winning score to Double Indemnity, I think it was A Double Life, isn't it? I mean the Oscar-winning score. Spellbound, A Double Life and Ben Hur... Thats the hat-trick in NHL |

Y'all should buy this before it gets deleted from the catalog, as you know it will. Then where will you be?? |

I have all the Intrada Rozsa CDs and they are worth every penny! Real music by a great composer. It doesn't get any better! |

Film music recordings can't get any better than this. Ace In The Hole and Desperate Hours alone are worth the price of admission. Great on so many different levels. It's important that these things are preserved. Would be tragic if what's left of humanity looks back 200 years from now and finds nothing other than the garbage floating around in cyberspace these days. I hope they do their research and uncover hidden gems like this. |

I finally opened this one. Wow, what incredible stuff, especially the Gail Kubik (in STEREO!) and the Friedhofer! Thanks, Intrada! |
