Hi there,
2016 marks the 40th anniversary of the ROCKY franchise. Next week on November 25, 1975 its been 40 years ago that Rocky Balboa boxed club fighter Spider Rico in the first frame of the original film. The same day on November 25 the latest installment, CREED kicks of at the silver screen with Michael B. Jordan in the leading role. The new composer Ludwig Göransson used Contis Leitmotif und some cues for this Spinoff / Half-Sequel.
Wouldn´t it be now the best time to release all the legendary heroic Conti music in a complete score set with all of the never released film versions of the five movies he composed? The soundtrack versions they recorded later didn´t have the same soul of the film used versions, especially in the first film. Also Rocky V and Rocky Balboa did not see any score until now.
Any chances that there will be a set or 5 individual releases with every bit and cue available from the recording sessions? Karate Kid and North and South got their set, why not the much more iconic ROCKY? It is sure that the demand for this would be very high.
