Smacks of a Harry Potter sound-alike from a music production library, to me

BTW, where did you hear this music? Film/TV trailer? Theme park background music? etc.

I found this on an old So I Married an Axe Murderer bootleg. There are several cues of this score right after. When I had to replace my crappy boot with Intrada's superb CD, I found myself ripping that score to my computer to save it from the trash bin without knowing what it is... And I must say I enjoy it quite much !

So it's probably by Broughton then --- certainly sounds like it could be anyway.
