Just wanted to comment that this rewards program has incentivized me to buy from Intrada a bit more often, despite the US to Canadian dollar exchange being absolute crap right now. Racked up 27 points so far, so I'd say this works well.

Has the loyalty points for the Rewards Program expired? I couldn't access mine today.

Roger clearly states 3 posts up That it's here To stay.

As far as I can tell, so far only one customer is experiencing problems seeing their reward points. Anyone who has a problem should email us directly at intrada@intrada.com and hopefully we can figure out what's going on. I'm guessing it's an out-of-date browser issue but that's just a guess.

Recently I put through a bumper order (my first from Intrada in two years) and I had completely forgotten about the loyalty program until I saw this thread. Thanks to whomever bumped it. The order has earnt me six dollars so one day I'll put that towards what I hope will be the premiere of One Of our Dinosaurs Is Missing.

Can someone tell me what the difference is between "Total Accumulated Points" and "Total Available Points"? I made a large purchase during the last sale and I'd like to use those points, but apparently they are not "available". Does 30 days (or whatever the return period is) have to pass before those points become "available"?
