All of the master elements are here in hand, including Soarin. As to when I'll have the box set completed, the answer is basically when my schedule allows and when Disney solidifies their release date. Every show in my opinion features a knockout score. I'd be hard-pressed to pick a favorite... but then there is little need to. I'll usually just be playing the entire set. --Doug

This really is fantastic news. It seems like Disney might be aiming for putting out some park-related albums for the 50th, so maybe that’s the timeframe for this set to be released. Broughton wrote so many film-quality scores for the shows, they definitely deserve to be released. (The Soarin’ piece was recently released on Tokyo Disneysea’s Anniversary Album)

At D23 there was a session on the music of Walt Disney World and at the end imagineers Tom Fitzgerald and John Dennis voiced their desire to make more park music available to the public. I wonder if they are aware of Intrada's efforts to release this Broughton set?

Hopping on after almost a year, sad to see the forums may be going away.

As always, fingers are crossed that this is officially released. Knowing how convoluted Disney can be (I work in the entertainment industry) I’m not surprised it hasn’t been put out yet.

That being said, if you know where to look you can find the almost-complete scores to both Ellen and Timekeeper. Hearing the music by itself has really cemented for me how great not only these scores are but how talented Broughton is as a composer.

If these two are anything to go by then this set is going to be one for the ages!

Since it's been a little while and I know the forums are likely to be going away at some point, I was just wondering if there were any updates on this set? Is there any sense of Disney's interest in setting a release date? And I'm guessing you can't share many details but is there anything else you could tell us about the set? I'm just one of many people eagerly awaiting its release :lol:
