The way Christopher Young arranged the score for KILLING SEASON is wonderful; it plays like a stand alone work (almost like a cello concerto). In fact, I have never seen the movie, but simply the notion that Christopher Young revisited the score and assembled it to play like an independent piece of music was reason enough for me to buy without hesitation. It was well worth it. The Intrada release of KILLING SEASON is a good argument for releasing more scores in this fashion.
