Tadlow, or one of the other labels specializing in re-recordings of film scores should really try to do a re-recording of the Damnation Alley score, and since the synth stems are missing, the re-recording could then use today'e digital technology to 'replicate' Goldsmith's electronics. fans would then have at least a complete version of the score, even if it was a re-recording. Someone tell me if this would be feasible, and fans of the score - would this version of the score like this be OK with you? |

If this is the only way possible to have Damnation Alley released then i'm down with that. Sound engineers can work wonders these days so replicating such a score should be feasable. Thanks to Tadlow we have The Salamander but a project like this may require contributions. Either way i hope Goldsmith fans alike get this score somehow. |
