Safan always seemed to be one of those composers right on the verge of superstardom, then he'd vanish. THE LAST STAR FIGHTER appeared to be the score that ushered him is as the new power player on the block, but as with Broughton's orchestral powerhouse score to SILVERADO, such promise, but he never really seem to reach JOHN WILLAIMS, JAMES HORNER, JERRY GOLDSMITH like status.
Off the top of my head, these are the only CDS of his music to be released.

While on the subject - take a look at what he's been up to.
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0006268/ "Freddy VS Ghostbusters" seems to be the most recent bussiness for him and it's only re-using his score from ELM ST: 4.
What a crime that he dosen't get offered more or doesn't take on highrr profile assignments.
And why doesn't INTRADA offer up one of his recent HALLMARK HALL OF FAME scores? They seem to be doing a lot of those these days.
