Amazing that, given the man's lifestyle in his prime, he reached the age of 84!
While I don't dislike his film music, it does tend to have a "sameness" about it, whereas the classical pieces are much more diverse.
My favourite Arnold composition is the little-known (?) ballet "Homage to the Queen", a wonderful piece.
